This quaint home was situated on a tree lined street, which was close to everything one would need! A couple minute walk to the tram and a 15-20 minute walk to many restaurants and shops. Matt was such a great host and he sincerely took time needed to answer our questions, give us pointers and lead us in the right direction for our daily outings. We really couldn't have asked for anything more!

This traditional, English style Edwardian house is located on a leafy avenue in South Croydon offering modern conveniences. All rates include a lite buffet breakfast (toast, cereal, juice, yogurts, pastries, tea & coffee). - High speed unlimited Wi-Fi through the house. - Free parking for those arriving by car. The B&B is well served by public transport with East Croydon just a 6-minute tram journey from Lloyd Park. From East Croydon there is a direct frequent service to London (Victoria or Bridge) just 15 minutes away and London Gatwick airport 14 minutes. There is a direct service from St Pancras for guests arriving via Eurostar. For tennis lovers, Wimbledon is also served by the tram. All room amenities include private bathrooms (Great shower pressure), king size or twin Hypnos beds, a seating area, workspace, tea / coffee making facilities, 42-inch TVs, international power sockets, laptop safes, hairdryer and ironing facilities. The Croydon South End Restaurant Quarter is a 15-minute stroll from the B&B offering a wide range of cuisine with over 30 independent bars and restaurant to choose from. If you would like to stretch your legs during your stay then you will be spoiled for choice with all the green spaces; Lloyd Park, Coombe Wood, Shirley Hills and Croham Hurst. During your stay Bev & Matt are on hand to answer your questions, help with any issues or give you our latest recommendations!
